On August 17, 2012 Sandra M. Pefinis (nee Matheson); beloved wife of Charles G. Pefinis; devoted mother of Angelique Pefinis-Newport and husband Joel, Mia Pefinis-Jensen and husband Mark, and M. Melanie Pefinis; loving grandmother of Olivia, Avery, Elias; sister of Deppie Zakas of Atlanta and Charlotte Demetriades of Atlanta.

A Trisaghion Service will be held at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (Beltway Exit 26A) Sunday 7:30 P.M. when friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Mrs. Pefinis will lie in state at the Greek Orthodox Catherdral of the Annunciation on Monday 10:30 – 11 A.M., at which time a Funeral Service will begin. Interment St. Demetrios Cemetery.
